Zircon has essential advantages compared to other dental materials: mechanical resistance, biocompatibility and a fracture toughness. We no longer have to give up hardness to achieve a high aesthetic. Resistance to fractures and repairs with Zirconia varies from 900 to 1400 MPa. Conventional porcelain repairs with noble alloys (gold-platinum) go up to 800 MPa or less. Porcelain on metal can not be compared with the aesthetics of Zircon. It is possible to place anywhere in the mouth and can fit all types of porcelain bridges.
Through 3D Scanning, we can scan to the computer and design and model the tooth perfectly. This means that we can model your porcelain bridge/tooth using CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology.
